Order Processing
Thank you for your patience as we prepare your order.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
We observe the following holidays, and orders will be processed on the next business day:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you directly via email.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Standard Ground: 5–7 business days (after processing)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (after processing)
Shipping carriers are selected based on the delivery address. All orders include tracking information once fulfilled.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Free shipping promotions are not applicable to these locations. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the following:
- Mailbox
- Porch
- Garage
- Exterior doors
- Areas protected from weather
You may also want to:
- Check with others in your household
- Check with neighbors
- Confirm if the package arrived separately from regular mail
In rare cases, a package may be marked as “delivered” up to 24 hours early.
If it has been more than 24 hours since the delivery status was marked “delivered,” please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please note: If a package is left unattended at the delivery location, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.
